Letter from Roland Park Civic League with conditional support for project Exising Site Plan - S'ghetti Eddie's Proposed Improvements - S'ghetti Eddie's

On December 20, 2011, the Baltimore City Board of Municipal Zoning Appeal Cases
approved the request by Mr. Edward Dopkin to expand Miss Shirley's to
the west, into the structure formally housing the School of Rock.
The Roland Park Civic League supported the request conditioned on elements contained in the attached letter and documents. Mr. Dopkin agreed to all these conditions. The leadership of other affected communities including Evergreen, Keswick, and Roland Springs all supported Mr. Dopkin's request as did Councilwoman Mary Pat Clarke. Prior to the hearing, Mr. Dopkin withdrew his request for a liquor license at S'ghetti Eddies and also terminated the contract for that license. As part of this agreement there will be
significant enhancements to the appearance and layout of the S'ghetti Eddie's site. Thank you to
Joel Fidler and others for contributing the good ideas for this, and Most of these enhancements at S'ghetti Eddies and Miss Shirleys will occur within the next four months and will be followed by the other important transportation improvements along Cold Spring Lane.
