Program to Provide Free and Cut-price Trees

TreeBaltimore is a part of the mayor's Greener Baltimore initiative. TreeNeighborhood, a component of TreeBaltimore, is a program to provide free trees to residents of designated Healthy Neighborhoods, and half-price trees ($10) to residents of all other neighborhoods. (Roland Park is not a designated Healthy Neighborhood. Still, 10 bucks isn’t bad.)
