1. Obtain a quotation by clicking here. You will be able to complete and submit electronically and you will receive a confirmation by email with instructions as to the next steps.
2. If you decide to go ahead, you will be asked to send a signed contract with payment to: Roland Park Office, P.O. Box 643, Riderwood, Maryland 21139.
3. Art should then be submitted as GIF or JPEG, at 72 ppi (pixels per inch), with indexed color to descon@designconcept.com and to advertising@rolandpark.org Indicate ROLAND PARK WEB AD in subject line. If you do not have resources to create the art work, you can contact Design Concept directly (descon@designconcept.com) to get a cost for their services
3. In the contract, you are requested to indicate a start and stop date. If we cannot exactly meet your request (due to previous ad or content commitments), we will use our best judgment to get as close as possible to your request (e.g. slightly different duration or placement) but will confirm with you before running.
4. We would prefer to have 7 days from receipt of your contract to your intended start date. If time is shorter, we will do our best to meet your request.
