The Zoning Committee is charged with the task of reviewing proposed developments, monitoring current projects and dealing with zoning and other development encroachments and violations. These efforts are not only within our neighborhood, but include issues on or near our boundaries that have impact on our community. Our committee strives to work closely with our sister organization, the Roland Park Roads and Maintenance Board, as well as the City of Baltimore Planning Department, Zoning Department, Permit Department and especially our City Council representatives in coordinating and resolving development issues.
